As I expect you know, volunteering can help build stronger communities as well as aiding people in need. Scheduling this is not always as quick as you’d want, and before you know it you don’t have nearly as long left to actually do some good. And don’t you think that if you had your colleagues volunteering alongside you you’d all have a better time?
